AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO NA LOGÍSTICA REVERSA

Resumo

O processo de mensuração da logística reversa ainda se encontra em fase embrionária no cenário de pesquisas acadêmicas assim como a prática dessa parte da logística em países subdesenvolvidos como o Brasil. O presente artigo mostra uma revisão da literatura com os principais indicadores da logística reversa e um estudo aprofundado da literatura científica apresentando uma análise descritiva do cenário atual. Posteriormente, o artigo apresenta um modelo que pode ser utilizado por qualquer indústria para a avaliação de desempenho do fluxo reverso. O modelo se divide em cinco perspectivas: econômica e financeira; ambiental; social; política e operacional. Cada perspectiva apresenta alguns pontos a serem avaliados e, ao final, é apresentada uma equação para um único indicador da logística reversa, pela qual é possível mensurar o nível de desempenho no qual se encontram as práticas reversas da empresa. O artigo ainda contribui com uma discussão sobre a mensuração da logística reversa e sua importância acadêmica e empresarial.

EVALUATION OF REVERSE LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE

ABSTRACT

The process of measuring reverse logistics is still at an embryonic stage in the academic research scenario, as is the practice of this part of logistics in underdeveloped countries such as Brazil. The present article shows literature review of main indicators of reverse logistics and an in-depth study of the scientific literature presenting a descriptive analysis of the current scenario. Subsequently, the article presents a model that can be used by any industry for the evaluation of reverse flow performance. The model is divided into five perspectives: economic and financial; environmental; social; political and operational. Each perspective presents some points to be evaluated and, at the end, an equation is presented for a single reverse logistics indicator, where it is possible to measure the level of performance to which the company's reverse practices are found. The article also contributes with a discussion about the measurement of reverse logistics and its academic and business importance.
