OTIMIZAÇÃO DE DESCARGA E COLETA DE CILINDROS NO SETOR DE RECEBIMENTO DE UMA INDÚSTRIA NO INTERIOR DE SÃO PAULO

Resumo

Este artigo analisa a aplicação do modelo de otimização de um problema identificado no descarregamento de cilindros sem paletização e sem a unitização da carga. Esse problema foi relatado no setor de recebimento de uma indústria metalúrgica no interior de São Paulo. Foi realizada uma reestruturação e otimização do setor de descarregamento e recebimento, utilizando procedimentos básicos e embalagens com dimensionamento padrão, como, por exemplo, o uso do Palete Padrão (PBR), de modo a facilitar o descarregamento e o seu manuseio. Observou-se um maior ganho de tempo, um melhor aproveitamento e utilização dos recursos empregados no sistema de movimentação interna e de armazenamento em toda a cadeia de suprimentos, envolvendo a logística empresarial.

OPTIMIZATION OF DISCHARGE AND COLLECTION OF CYLINDERS IN THE RECEIPT SECTOR OF AN INDUSTRY IN THE INTERIOR OF SÃO PAULO

ABSTRACT

This article analyzes the application of the optimization model of a problem identified in the unloading of cylinders without palletizing and without load unitization. This problem was reported in the receiving sector of a metallurgical industry in the interior of São Paulo. A restructuring and optimization of the unloading and receiving sector was carried out, using basic procedures and packaging with standard sizing, such as the use of the Standard Pallet (PBR), in order to facilitate unloading and handling. There is a greater gain in time, a better use and use of the resources employed in the internal movement and storage system throughout the supply chain involving the company's logistics.
